Young people with congenital heart defects (CHD) are more likely than their peers to have problems with their mental health. Many kids face challenges such as anxiety, trauma responses, ADHD, or depression. In this video produced by Camp Odayin, Drs. Nadine Kasparian, Erica Sood, and Catherine Ullman Shade discuss the problem of mental health in kids with heart defects, and strategies to help them feel better.
